Rules & Regulations for Clients:
1. Every client are requested to share any kind of issue regarding our services to our customer care in between 8.00 am to 8.00 pm by calls.
In other time they can share their problems & any issues through what's app to the concern authority.
2.No payments must be given to the staff working at your house without the permission of our center .
3.Payments must be released within 3 days of joining date & it will be an advanced basis process.
4.Payment mode can be account transfer , upi ,in ,dd , cheque in the name of our company or proprietor. Else in cash to our office staff .
5.Behaviour with the staff working at your home must be good . If any problem arises please inform it to the customer care immediately & it will be resolved .
6.Salary of staff will be Rs...,.........../- monthly & it will be valid up to 1 year from date of joining .
Next year onwards agreement will be renewal basis .
7.Behaviour must be good with customer care or our others office staff dealing with you.
8.Any sexual or physical violence with any staff must not be tolerated by the company & it's a legal offence , necessary legal steps will be taken .
9. Client must hand over a copy of adhar card / identity proof at the time of deputing the staff.
10. No staff can be removed from service without informing us & if you want to stop our service /change staff ,please inform atleast 10 days before the incident takes place .
11.Client will not appoint that staff in future directly from his / her self without the permission of center.if it is found ,agency can take necessary step.
12.Total working details will be in written format .
13.All necessary daily products like oil ,soap etc will be provided by clients .
14.Basic medical support will be provided by the client (on necessity.
16.Staff will have 2 paid holiday per month but it will be valid after completing one month from date of joining or in monitory format ( money) .
If any additional staff is to be recruited in place of that previous staff during his /her holidays ,then as per rule the payment of those holidays (available leave) will be extra for that new staff.
18.Every clients are requested to check the bags & all of the staffs ,while returning from work place for security reason.
If any not done .Chikitsha care Unit will not be be liable for any kinds of theft activities.
19.If any theft activities found from that staff chikitsha care unit will assist client to take steps against that staff.
20.This agreement will be valid upto 1year from date of agreement.
Staff Regulations:
1. After joining the office, the staff will have to work for .......... months. Monthly Salary = Rs................./-
After ..... months ...... leave will be given.
2. Staff should inform the company about their workplace or personal problems and the company will take action according to its importance.
3. No payment will be given including all arrears in case of leaving the job without taking / ignoring the permission of the company / within the specified period (in this case......months).
4. Absence from work/holiday must be notified to the medical care unit at least 30 days in advance.
5. The monthly month will be calculated from one to thirty or thirty one or twenty eight of any month.
6. No indecent behavior will be tolerated in the workplace.
7. No activity against the company will be tolerated.
8. Any staff leave application is subject to approval.
9. Misbehavior with support staff while on duty will not be tolerated.
10. No form of complications can be created at the workplace.
11. Any form of unpleasant incident during duty, such as theft, assault, sexual activity, estrangement, causing complications with family or acquaintances.
12. I have no permanent or contagious physical disease.
13. The medical care unit is not responsible for any physical problems or accidents during the visit.
14. It is mandatory to check your bags and other belongings while joining and leaving the workplace.
Otherwise the Medical Care Unit will not be responsible for any complications arising at the workplace.
15. Asking for money before the specified day of the month (date of the month according to the client) cannot create a complicated situation.
16. Joining the client or anyone known to the client on leaving work without the consent of the Centre.
Nachet Center will take legal steps.
17. Staff will join with permission from home parents.
18. You have to bear your own expenses while going to and from work.
If any of the above activities and rules are not followed, the company will take legal action as necessary and payment penalty will be imposed.
